🔄 Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

✅ Eligible for Return

• Items received in damaged or broken condition
• Wrong item delivered
• Item significantly different from the product description

❌ Not Eligible for Return

• Change of mind after purchase
• Items that have been used or worn
• Rudraksha beads once strung or worn
• Items without original packaging
• Grocery and food items

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

📋 How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at orders@sivamsam.com with your order number and photos of the issue
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
4. Refund will be processed upon receipt
