📦 Delivery Timeframe

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Expedited shipping may be available on request.

🚚 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹500

• Flat ₹0 shipping fee on orders below ₹500

📍 Delivery Areas

We deliver Pan India to all states and union territories. Some remote pin codes may take 1–2 additional days.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email. You can also check your order status in My Account.

📬 Packaging

All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items like Ganesh idols are double-wrapped with protective padding.

⚠️ Damaged / Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
